Cleaning

To clean your down jacket, first and foremost, we recommend taking it to a dry cleaner for easier maintenance.

Nevertheless, you can also maintain your down jacket yourself by strictly following the instructions below.

Step 1: Washing

Hand wash with water and a little soap (the most delicate method)

Machine wash with two or three tennis balls or other clothes (so that the down is well aerated). Use the synthetic clothing program (or wool/delicate) and a temperature of 30° (no more). Add your usual detergent and start the wash cycle.

Be careful, however, to set a gentle spin cycle, as too strong a spin can create difficult-to-undo feather clumps.

Step 2: Drying

Drying can be done air-drying flat on a drying rack (lying position and not on a hanger). Make sure the down jacket is exposed to air on both sides. Shake it, pat it, and turn it regularly to encourage good distribution in the baffles.

Tumble drying on a synthetic program with tennis balls and a few clothes to thoroughly tumble and aerate the down jacket can be another solution.

Be careful never to dry your down jacket on a radiator.
